In the summer, keep a jacket in your car at all times so you can grab it when you go into the cool air conditioning and feel chilled.

2. Debt

If you lose weight, one of the unexpected results of weight loss can be additional bills and even debt. As you lose weight, you are thrilled with your new body. You want clothes that fit and you want to show off all the hard work you have done. This is a positive thing, however, if you hit the stores too often to buy new clothes, you could start to see your bills climbing in an alarming manner. If you had a problem overeating in the past, you do not want to replace your food habits with something that can also become an issue. Even exercise can go overboard.  You may also see positive new behaviors such as an increase in your confidence.
